Welcome to Rawy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rawy mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Rawy is a platform that allows businesses to create profiles and share photo and video posts, and allows users to discover, browse, and connect with businesses near them.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account or business profile, and to keep it up to date.
Business Accounts and Listings
If you register a business account, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your business name, address, contact details, and opening hours. You must have the right to represent the business you are listing. We may remove listings that we believe are false, misleading, or violate these Terms.
User Content
"User Content" means any photos, videos, captions, bios, or other material you upload or submit through the App. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant Rawy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:
Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
Infringes on someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
Contains nudity, sexual content, or content unsuitable for a general audience
Promotes violence or dangerous activities
Is spam or unauthorized advertising unrelated to your business
We reserve the right to remove any content, at our discretion, that we believe violates these Terms, and to suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly violate them.
Reporting and Moderation
Users can report posts or accounts they believe violate these Terms. We review reports and take action we deem appropriate, which may include removing content, warning, blocking, or deleting the reported account. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or timeframe for a report.
Location Services
The App uses your device's location, with your permission, to show you nearby businesses. Location accuracy depends on your device and network conditions, and we do not guarantee the precision of distances or business locations shown in the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses trusted third-party services to operate. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.
Intellectual Property
The App itself, including its design, logo, and underlying software, is owned by Rawy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our permission
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any business information shown is accurate, current, or complete. Your use of the App, and any interaction with businesses discovered through it, is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rawy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or from any transaction or interaction between you and a business discovered through the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
